What to Expect
Whether it's your first appointment or you're returning for ongoing care, we're here to make your visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. From check-in to treatment, we'll guide you through every step and answer any questions along the way.
Every treatment begins with understanding your symptoms and conditions that includes:

A detailed history of symptoms

Questionnaires

Reviewing any communication between your physician and/or other healthcare provider (if applicable)

An objective exam (range of motion, strength testing, ligament testing, and other condition-based testing)

Using the findings from your assessment, we'll begin treatment and work with you to develop a plan that supports your recovery.

Your treatment may include hands-on therapy, guided exercises, education, needling, or other evidence-informed techniques.
If follow-up appointments are required, we'll assess your recovery and adjust your treatment plan as your strength, mobility, and function improve.
​
If you were referred by a physician or another healthcare provider, we'll provide them progress updates so they stay informed about your recovery and ongoing care.

Bringing a few important items will help us provide the best possible care from your very first visit.

Insurance & Fees
We aim to make payment simple and stress-free.

Direct billing is available for most extended health benefit plans, and we're happy to help you understand your coverage.
​
If direct billing isn't available, payment is due at the time of your visit and a receipt will be provided for reimbursement.

Absolutely. If you'd feel more comfortable having a family member, friend, or caregiver attend your appointment, they're welcome to accompany you.
If you're unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
